Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

Cancellation by Participant

● 72+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.

● 24–72 Hours Notice: 50% refund or $25 rescheduling fee.

● Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: No refund; session is forfeited.

 

Rescheduling Policy

● One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the session.

● Subsequent changes may incur a $25 administrative fee.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations

● Classes will proceed unless conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning,

flooding).

● If Soflo Wheelie School cancels due to weather, participants will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation by Soflo Wheelie School

● If a session is canceled due to instructor illness, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or a new training date.

Code of Conduct & Safety Policy

Safety and respect are core values of our training environment.

 

Participant Expectations

● Arrive on time and prepared.

● Wear all required safety gear.

● Follow instructor directions at all times.

 

Respectful Behavior

● Treat instructors and fellow participants with courtesy.

● No harassment, offensive language, or aggressive conduct will be tolerated.

 

Substance Use Policy

● Use of alcohol or drugs before or during training is strictly prohibited.

● Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be dismissed.

 

Equipment Safety

● Inspect your motorcycle before class (if using your own).

● Report any malfunctioning equipment immediately.

 

Enforcement

● Violations of this code may result in removal from the course and forfeiture of fees.
